Where a service involves processing outside the European Economic Area, Elite Fiscal Ltd will rely on an applicable lawful transfer mechanism and safeguards as required by data-protection law.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted promptly after deciding not to pursue them, subject to normal deletion cycles and legal/security exceptions. Qualified opportunities may be kept for up to one year. Active client and contractual records are retained for the contractual relationship and applicable legal limitation, tax and accounting periods. Security and anti-abuse records are kept only as long as necessary for prevention, investigation and defence. Analytics uses the shortest configured period reasonably necessary. The latest three release backups may be kept for up to 90 days where they contain relevant data.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability where applicable and withdrawal of consent where processing is actually based on consent. You may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Cyprus.

Fields marked required are needed to receive and evaluate the enquiry. Other fields are optional. If required information is not provided, Elite Fiscal Ltd may be unable to respond meaningfully.

Automated decisions

This website does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Anti-abuse verification does not decide whether a person may purchase or obtain services.
